Dr Douglas Proctor has over twenty years’ experience in international education across the higher education, vocational and ELICOS sectors, both as an academic and senior manager.

Douglas holds a PhD in international higher education from the University of Melbourne, Australia and currently serves as Assistant Vice-President (Global Engagement & Partnerships) and Senior International Officer at York University in Toronto, Canada.
